Privacy Policy
Baby Ready Body is run by Alexandra Radway.
This portal exists to deliver the free companion resources for the book and the Baby Ready Membership. This policy explains what we collect to do that, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
Your account
First name, email address, and — only if you choose to add it — your Instagram handle. Your password is stored in encrypted form, never as plain text.
Your membership
Which plan you joined, whether it is active or cancelled, and the dates of your billing period. Card details are never stored here.
How you use the portal
Which chapters and resources you open and which lessons you have finished, so the portal can show your progress and keep your library in order.
Your choices
A record that you accepted the Terms & Conditions, and whether you asked to receive occasional emails.
Keeping the portal safe
Basic account and admin activity records — for example who published a resource or changed a membership — so the site can be audited and kept secure.
What we deliberately do not collect
- No health, fertility, cycle, pregnancy or medical information. The portal has no place to enter it, and we ask you not to send it to us by email either.
- No card or bank details. Checkout happens on your payment provider's own secure page.
- No advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this portal.
How we use it
To give you access to the resources you came for, to show your progress, to run your membership, to send the emails you asked for, and to keep the portal secure. We do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Marketing and membership emails are sent through Go High Level, our email platform. You only receive them if you ticked the box when you registered, and you can unsubscribe at any time — the link is in every email, and we will update your preference when you use it.
Account emails — confirming your email address and resetting your password — are sent by this portal itself, because they must keep working even if our marketing system is unavailable.
Payments
Checkout takes place on your payment provider's own secure page. We are told that your payment succeeded, which plan you bought, and the dates of your billing period. We never see or store your card number, security code or bank login.
Who we share your information with
Our email platform
Go High Level sends our marketing and membership emails, and holds the contact records for those campaigns.
Our payment provider
They process checkout and tell us when a payment succeeds, fails or is refunded.
Our hosting and database provider
They store your account and records so the portal can run.
Beyond these providers, we only disclose information when we are required to by law, or to protect the portal and its readers from abuse.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. If you close your account or ask us to, we delete your personal details within 30 days, apart from any record we are required by law to keep.
Your choices
- Update your first name or Instagram handle yourself in Account.
- Stop marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal information.
If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom or South Africa, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
How we protect it
Resource files sit in private storage and are opened through short-lived links, so only a reader with the right to see them can. Access to your records is restricted by role, and changes made inside the portal are logged.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will tell you by email or with a note on this page before it takes effect.
